Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about leadership. About what it really means to help a team grow—not just chase numbers.

Part of that is being curious. Trying things. Seeing what actually works. This week, I stumbled upon a new program called AimatrixSpillover.com.

At first, I didn’t know what to think of it. It reminded me of other matrix-style businesses I’ve seen (or joined). To be honest, I’m still figuring out exactly how it all works. But that’s the fun part – I like testing things and learning what can actually help me and my team.

What I Noticed

From what I’ve seen, AiMatrixSpillover seems to focus on:

  • Structured matrix positioning
  • Spillover growth (so new members get support automatically)
  • Simple setup with AI branding
  • Free (included) autoresponder with membership

I don’t have all the answers yet, but here’s what I like: it seems built for duplication. That’s huge in network marketing—especially for newer team members who don’t want to feel like they’re starting from scratch every time.

My Self-Aware Take

Here’s the thing: I don’t jump on every opportunity anymore (it’s tempting, though!) Months ago, I would’ve said, “This looks cool—let’s do it!”

Now, I ask myself:

  • Can my team actually understand this?
  • Will it create leverage instead of stress?
  • Does it fit into the bigger systems we’re already building?
  • Will it be ‘just another thing on the list’ of things to do?

I’m trial-and-error oriented, so I’m willing to experiment—but I want to experiment in a way that supports people, not overwhelms them.

Leadership Lessons in Real Time

Exploring AiMatrixSpillover.com isn’t just about a program.
It’s about practicing the kind of leadership I want to model:

  • Being curious without pressure
  • Testing ideas and sharing the lessons
  • Creating structure for others to succeed
  • Learning alongside my team

Every time I try something new, I reflect on what worked, what didn’t, and what could be simpler. That’s how momentum really builds—not from hype, but from small, deliberate steps.

Why I’m Sharing This

Part of leadership is being transparent. Letting your team see your process.

I don’t have all the answers about AimatrixSpillover yet, honestly I don’t know much. But I do know this: trying things, experimenting, and learning out loud is how growth happens.

If this ends up being a tool we integrate, it will be because it actually helps people. I like that it integrates a comprehensive autoresponder and I hope I get to try it out soon.

I think what I like best is the option to try it free. There’s no obligation and nothing lost if you give it a shot.
